It was a nice day outside, a nice warm and gentle breeze flows through the air. The sun shines high and the people are happy. Indeed this was a great time to be outside. The people walk through the streets and sidewalks, all heading to their destination. But one man sticks out differently than the rest of them. This man was dressed so outragously that he was like a sore thumb. The people stopped and stared as he walked by as if nothing was wrong. One man came up to him and started talking to him. " Excuse me, I'm going to go over there now. " The strange man said as he interrupted the person who was talking to him. The man just stood there as he watched the other walk away and just continue to do so. This strangely dressed man was Psycho, Leader of the Council of Living Souls. Pyscho was out on the streets looking for the humans out there with special powers inside of them. Psycho wanted to gather them all together and train his own army. Though strangely enough Psycho is a serial killer known famously around the world, one that hunts the humans with special powers. So why would he be gathering superhumans for an army? Shouldn't he be killing them off once he sees them? No one really knows except Psycho, but that will be a story for another day.
Psycho would make his way to the local highschool and scope out the place from atop the rooftop. Standing high, the wind blows and the tendrils on his mask flow with the wind and the bells faintly jingle. Psycho looks at the humans below him and watches as they all play around, ignorant to the danger that will soon make it's presnce known to them. But in the mean time they were safe. It was now Psycho's goal to protect this town. Some kids came upon the roof and looked over to see the strange man standing there. Psycho opened up his suit and pulled out two vials of black liquid from the inside lining. Psycho then jumped from the roof as he poured out the black liquid. The black liquid then took the form of wings on his back and lift Psycho up and fly him away into the distance.
Psycho lands infront of a large corporate building and looks up to see how high it is. " Hmmm.... " Psycho gives an awkward look as he measures the height of the building in his head. The black liquid then forms into claws around the hands of Psycho and he starts to scale the building. Psycho easily makes it past the first couple of stories as he looks down and sees a crowd looking at him. Fire trucks and police cars all gather around and watch Psycho as he continues to climb up the building. Psycho scales it up ten more stories until he punches in a window and goes inside the building. The room is dark and there are small fountains of the black liquid all around the area. The black liquid on Psycho's hand return to the vials in his suit. Psycho takes a seat in a large chair and presses a button on the phone next to it. " Debra, why are there police and firemen in front of the building? " " They came 'cause you were climbing the building again, sir. " " Ah, I guess that makes sense. Well tell them to shoo, I have to get some work done. " " Yes sir. " Everyone soon leaves the outside of the building and Psycho turns around in his chair as he stares out into the town.
