:: Blitz Dienstbotin's Medium is a Simple Pendant that Janus' mother gave him as a child. The Pendant does have one unique thing about it. The crystal is clear so you can see inside of it, and inside of it Lightning can be seen. The Lightnings colors change from Blue to Black to Red, which is the Colors of lightning that he controls.::

::This is one of Blitz's Core forms as well as the Knuckle Blades. This one is used by Janus for long range attack or quicker damage done to the Target. The Revolver doesn't fire normal bullets it fires focus Lightning bullets that are used to pierce through enemy defenses, like Heirro, Etc. Etc. The bullets move rather quickly due to be made out of lightning(Normal Speed of Bullets), and they can pierce through Normal Espada Level Heirro after two shots in the same place.::

::Upon, saying Zeige Dich, Blitz Dienstbotin. Janus is surronded by a flash of lightning that covers himself to a point where no one can see him. Once, the Lightning flash is clear Blitz is standing next to him. Blitz is 5'8 and weights 180 pounds with his clothes on. Blitz wears a sort of dressy outfit much like his masters. He wears a pair of black dress pants with black dress shoes and a Unknown colored pair of socks. He wears a very light colored button up shirt that is tucked fromhis dress pants. The shirt seems to be a very light blue or greyish color. Blitz tops everything off with a long-sleeved black dress jacket along with a black tie. Yet, the jacket looks kinda of big on him, but that doesn't matter.

Blitz has rather tan skin that complaints his other features rather nicely. he has soild black hair alognw ith Piercing Yellow eyes. Blitz's hair matchs the color of Night easily, and it gives him a rather evil look. His hair is semi-long, but Blitz's hair isn't as long as the shoulder length hair of his master. ::

::Upon, completeing the Summoning of his doll by means of fusing with it or actually summoning it. The burst of lightning changes the weather to stormy. The Clouds go black and lightning can be seen flashing in the sky as the summoning is completed.::

-Doll Ability:
::Blitz's ability can be summoned up in one word, Electrokinesis. Electrokinesis is the ability to create and/or manipulate electricity with one's mind, and the Limit to this is Janus' Imagination. Blitz's Lightning is broken up into Three Different Colors divided by strength Yet, the Lightning is broken up again into Two different groups, Positive and Negative Charges. The Lightning that is created by Blitz can be manipulated to unbelievable levels. They say the limit to Blitz control is rather unimaginable, because of some of the things he does with it. Yet, when Janus and blitz fuse their Manipulation of the lightning grows so much, that Janus can create creatures out of it to send message to people and such. Also, Blitz is supercharged by his lightning when he is summoned. The Charge boosts his Speed, reflexes, and Stamina to new levels. Yet, In this stage Blitz can only move at speeds that are a little slower then a Shunpo, sonido, or Cannon sped technique.

The First and Weakest Type of Lightnng is the Blue Lightning. The Effects of the Blue Lightning are rather simple really. The Lightning causes the area it touchs or hits to feel a slight Tingling and numbing Sensation for 2 posts after. This color of lightning is used more for Warns and for show. Yet, the Blue Lightning is a Negative Lightning Bolt, or basically Negatively Charged.

The Second Color of Lightning is a little more powerful in a sense. The Black Lightning is a little more focused and condensed verison of the lightning Blitz can use. This lightning can Paralyze someone if they are hit directly by a bolt or burst of it. The other sides effects happen after the Paralyzed part, becomes unparalyzed. The Paralysis for one posts after the hit, and the other side effects go on for another two posts. Also, the Black lightning is Negatively charged along with the Blue lightning.

The Final color and Most powerful is the Red Lightning. The color fo Lightning goes darker and lighter while it is activated. So, the Color can go from Bloodred to regular red in a matter of seconds. Yet, the most common color of it is normal red. The Red lightnings Paralysis effect is strong in this form, and the paralysis lasts for three posts, and the other sideeffects go on for another two posts. This form of Lightning is rahter rare in a sense on its Charge. The Red Lightnings charge is Positively charged. This lightning a lot more powerful then Negatively charged lightning.::

-Fusion Appearance:
::When, Janus and Blitz fuse nothing really changes about Janus' appearance. Yet, there are mild changes like Eye color and outer appearance. Janus' eye color changes to bright green with piercing Yellow lightning flashing in them. Then, the finally change is that Blue, Black, and Red sparks flash all around his body and on his clothing. The sparks don't stop until he exits his fusion Form, but until that happens random color sparks flash all around his body. Upon, fusing with Blitz Janus can now control the colored lightning to high levels, and also he gans a stat booost from the lightning supercharging his body. Now, Janus' speed is equal to a Captain-level Shunpo, Espada-level Sonido, and any other Elite-level cannon speed technique.::

1. Summoned & Fused
Name - Rasant Heilung[Roughly Meaning Lightning Healing]
Attributes: Heal
Class: Instant
' Janus has to be fused to use this technique, if he is injuried, but Blitz can activatly use this at anytime. Janus or Blitz will first focus Lightning onto any wound that they have be inflicted with, and basically they will supercharge their cells in their body. This will in effect of hte Supercharging Heal the wound by making the cell sheal faster. This technique has to be activated for it to be come in effect. the Duration posts for Each wound will be put below, along with the Cooldowns.'

2. Fused
Name: Rot Rasant Rüstung[Roughly Meaning Red Lightning Armor]
Attributes:Piercing Damage/Stun/Destructible Defense
Class:Physical & Reiatsu
'Janus, once fused, will gather a huge amount of Red lightning to his body to form a flexable armor of sorts. The Lightning armor will increase Janus speed even more then before. Janus can now move at speeds that are slightly faster then a elite-class speed technique. Also, His strength will be increased as well and let him use his bare hands as weapons. This will give his bare hands Piercing Damage due to the lightning. Yet, the last effect is that if he is hit or he hits someone the red lightning will also paralysis that part he hits. Also, the Lightning armor can absorb lightning-based attack sot make the armor stronger. '

Name - Rasant Kreaturen[Meaning Lightning Creatures]
Attributes: Damage/Stun
Class: Physical
'This is a rather simple technique that can be used either by Blitz himself, or Janus while fused with Blitz. Even though, Blitz rarely uses this technique for his use it isn't impossible for him to use it. Janus simply creates a any creature that he has seen before out of lightning, and he can it for defense, attack, or use it to send messages to other people, if he can't send them a text through the BBM. Theses creatures will be destroyed after one hit, but once they are destroyed a huge burst of whatever color lightning they were created out of will burst about two feet in every direction from the spot they were hit. The Lightning still holds the paralyzing Properties as it normal does, and the Creatures can be controlled by Janus' or Blitz's mind.'

4. Release/Fused
Name - Rasant Versenkung[Meaning Lightning Absorption]
Attributes: Damage/Increased Damage/Damage Reduction/Reflect/Invisible
Class:Physical/Instant/Strategic/Absorbion(Not in there, but itis basically waht this Technique does.)
' Blitz and Janus (when fused with Blitz) have the ability to absorb Lightning based attack into their body. The amount (at one time) is rather huge, but if they are reaching their limit. They will simply fire off the absorbed lightning as an attack that will be increased with their own lightning along with the absorbed lightning will create a very powerful attack. Janus can absorb Lightning kidou up to level 88, but if they try to absorb anything between 80 and 88, they will have to absorb the lightning in one hand, channel it through their body adding their own lightning, and firing it out the other hand. Then, after that is complete Blitz will return to his medium form and Janus will pass out. This will be the side effect of all Lightning based kidou between 70 and 88. There are no side effects of Lightning based Kidou or Techniques up to 69. '

1. Any Lightning based Attack up to 69 that is absorbed will cause Numbness and Tingling Sensations in both arms.
2. Blitz will be reverted back to medium form if ANY Lightning based kidou or technique that could or is greater the a level 70 kidou.
3. Janus will be either paralyzed or Knocked out by ANY lightning based kidou or technique that could or is greater the a level 70 kidou.
4. If ANY kidou or Technique that could match up with the Hadō #88 Hiryugekizokushintenraiho will cause serious damamge to Janus' body and maybe even kill him if he isn't treated.

Not even going to look at fusion, as you haven't finished your character application yet.

What are these other side effects you mention in your ability? You mention them twice, yet never say what they are. List them, cause else you could just say death was a side effect.

Define a range to his manipulation, and realize that despite him being such a humble and not at all egotistical manipulator of lightning, people will still be able to manipulate lightning around him, he can't negate their control.

Well, i don't see how someone could die for two posts. >.> So, I can't really get your point on that one. the Side effects rea rather simple. Simple numbing of the Limb along with a tingling feeling.

Did I ever state that I could control other people's lightning? The Lightning that Blitz/Janus controls is simple the raw lightning producted by his body. Thus, it would limi to around him would it not? If that is incorrect please tell me. >.> \

Don't give me attitude mister. People have a habit of trying to get around something because it wasn't directly stated, I know, i used to do it myself, so i make sure limits are set. I'm sorry if it's annoying to you, but at least i do it to everyone, and not just you.

Again about lightning control, i've seen it happen. Anywho, if you have to create the lightning to control it, just don't go crazy and like create solid walls of the stuff, Etc. Be reasonable.

And as for being dead for two posts...That is actually possible. >_> And you could technically revive them, by zapping them in the chest. Also, that was a bit of an extreme example, and thank you for stating the side-effects.
