That isn't even in ressurection either. However it is very indifferent from what he looks like. His hair is brown and his suit looks exactly like so. The hole is a little more towards the wrist and his number is near his neck the top of the number on his collar bone. His complexion is pale and zombie-like. His mask fragment is white like so.

Personality: He is mostly perverted. He likes to hang around girls while making jokes when around guys. Most girls know that he a pervert and don't really take offence to his jokes. Although he gets slapped often... either way, he a joy to be around. Just don't say anything that he can mildly relate to anything perverted or sexual and you may get three minutes without a joke, or laugh.
He laughs at his own Resurrestion in battle.
History: When he was alive... he wasn't that different than he is now. He was always perverted, but he and his love intrest were both spiritually aware, thus making them constant targets for hollows and all other kinds of evil things out there. He was almost always beat up and stuff because he couldn't resist laughing at all of the weapons. The sad part was, he was killed as he was laughing. Big surprise there.
He was force to be a hollow about three minutes after he died. The last thing he saw was his love's murder. And then he went out in black. He reawoke as a monster. He had a craving for souls. But being the pervert he was, who did he go for other than the female spirits of Karakura town?
He eventually was found by Aizen and turned into an Arrancar. Sadly, Aizen regretted letting him be an arrancar, and as powerful as he was, the fact that he was such a pervert, he wasn't allowed to be an espada while in Aizen's rule. He despised Aizen for the prejudice towards perverts.
He trained with rapid combat with other arrancar for the next 1600 years and then Aizen was taken out of his rule. He applied with a demonstration of his powers for espada, and he was give the espada posistion he desired. Even though he came in late, he is just as strong as the next Espada up.
Innate Ability: Well... other than his amazing ability to laugh at anything a person says, he has the ability to control anything that is,*barely controled giggle*limp...*worse control* or on a chain, no matter how heavy, as if they were a standard sling knife.
