Kaisen's abilities (finished)

Name: Raikou Boruto

Looks: Kaisen’s body is literally conducting lightning. Lightning swirls around his body, sparks fly from everywhere. Kaisen’s eyes glow an even brighter green color. The lightning continuously swirls around different parts of his body always moving.

Ability: Kaisen can fire bolts of lightning at his opponent. As soon as the lightning bolt strikes another object or Kaisen breaks contact with it, it dissipates. The lightning bolts have exactly half the power of a real lightning bolt. Kaisen has to fire the lightning bolt from his palm but anyone that touches him with a bare body part (ie: a fist or bare foot) while he is in this state with be hit with a lightning bolt from the part of the body they touched.

Ascended Ability: Whenever, he activates it now a lightning bolt strikes him directly. He then begins to glow a light green color, his hair stands on end and lightning bolts shoot from his body into the ground. Kaisen’s lightning bolts are now the total strength of a lightning bolt. Lightning bolts fly from his feet propelling him upwards. He can control these lightning bolts to make him hover or to turn them off totally. Kaisen can hover up to 40 feet before the lightning bolts dissconnect with the ground and he falls back to 40 feet.

Ascension: Kaisen arrived at the base were he had been taken captive so many years ago. He didn’t want any diplomacy anymore he wanted revenge. Kaisen shot lightning bolts at everyone that popped their head out, killing them or parlaying them almost instantly. Finally he found the boss of the base near the power station in the area. He was ready for Kaisen, he was beating Kaisen badly when he made a mistake. He throw Kaisen into a power conductor electrocuting him. The electricity “super powered” Kaisen in a way, boasting his power. He then easily defeated the man.

Full power of a lightning bolt, meaning it also goes at the speed of light?

No, it goes slower then the speed of light I was going to add that in.

So they are just as strong, but not just as fast?

Name: Futan Inin

Effect: Kaisen places his left hand on his right forearm or his right hand on his left forearm and fires a lightning bolt with both. The lightning bolt from the hand he placed on the other forearm super charges the lightning bolt increasing it to double the force of his normal lightning bolt.

Duration and/or Cooldown: Four post cooldown.


Name: Butoukai Denkou

Effect: Kaisen fires a ball of lightning out of his outstretched palm insted of a lightning bolt. The ball of lightning imeditaly flies into the air. The next post the ball flies down towards the opponent. The ball of lightning does as much damage as one of Kaisen's normal lightning bolts.

Duration and/or Cooldown: Two post cooldown.
