Personality: Nero doesn't really care about much. His likes include sleeping, friends, and eating. His dislikes include rudeness and Haters of the Culinary arts. He LOVES his zanpukto, it is his best friend in the world. His best friend also pasted on a little trait to him, the trait of canibalism. This taste was only gained for the flesh and blood of his enemies. He would share his dish's but not many people will eat them for fear of it being humanoid flesh.
Appearance: Nero is very plain looking and unassuming. His hair is brown and eye's are black, with a round slightly pudgy chin. His teeth are slightly larger than a average person's. These teeth are renforced by reiatsu to eat everything that he does. The smile he usually has on his face is oversized and slightly scary looking. His trunk is chubby, not obese just a little fat. If you were to strip the fat off of his muscles there would be nothing but muscle under it. His legs and arms are like his trunk just a little fat but has a larger concentration of muscle underneith. He has strong hands and forearms from cooking, there is no signs of fat in this place. His clothing are comprised of a black version of a chef's outfif, he modified the basic Shinigami outfit because he doesn't care for robes.
History/Background: Nero cant remeber his name from life but what he does know is that he was a famous chef. In fact he was the most famous chef of his century, creating more dishs than anyone else. His death was an irony, he spent his entire life cooking only to be eaten by a group of devil worshipers. When he woke up he didn't really know what was going on, but when he saw his mostly eaten body he laughed a little. He knew death was coming and had made peace with it, he had been having major chest pain recently and figured that he was soon to die. But he thought it would be something other than being eaten. Shrugging his shoulders he watched as a man in black robes approached him.
One month later you could find him cooking for the resturants of Rukongai cooking for Shinigami, and the few plus souls that were still around. He enjoyed himself quite a bit here untill he was recruited for the shinigami resistance. When in the hidden training academy of the shinigami he spent most of his time sleeping, at least that was until his zan started talking to him in his sleep. In the many years to come he was training inside his mind, learning the cooking techniques he would need to use in the future. With his contiuned hobby of cooking spiritually intune foods his power grew along with his skill and ability. During the newly instated final test in the academy he was hunting a low level arrancar. After he had found and killed the young beast, his zan told him the final test to obtain shikai, he must create a dish with the body of an Arrancar and this was a perfect opportunity.
Now with a shikai he is on his way to become the vice-captain of hopefully the eigth division.
