Personality: Ryusaki is a loyal person, he often keeps his composure and beleives in the saying "believe none of what you hear and half of what you see". Therefore if told something of importance he will look into it but will more than likely ignore it because there is a lack of evidence. He takes his job seriously so any joking around of the kind when it comes to it he doesnt like. Unlike some other shinigame Ryusaki doesnt exactly hate the arrancar. This is because he doesnt believe in right and wrong. Ryusaki believes that what is right and wrong is dependant on the person so will never point out that someone is evil or something like that. Even though his job is intelligence he would much rather be out on the front lines fighting in case of an emergency. He chose the job because this means that he would know everything that was going on as it happened. This is also because he hates to be kept on a need to know basis for many reasons. Otherwise he is a pretty fun and relaxed person.

Appearance: Ryusaki has brown hair and usually a lazy face. He usually wears the zanpaktou on his back and has his right forearm wrapped in bandages.

History/Background: Ryusaki like many others doesnt remember much about when he was alive. That part of his life is just a huge blur to him. All he can remember is when he lived in rukongi. He can boast and say that he toughed it out in the harders areas like 80 and 79. But its not like he was pampered his entire life. Ryusaki grew up in area number sixty-five.During his earlier years, Ryusaki has already shown interest in fighting,like most shinigami that came from the streets of Rukongai.

After some time had passed,Ryusaki found his way to the Shinigami Academy.He was already a famous Shinigami even before becoming a seated officer. He began taking missions with the Gotei 13 when he was still a student of the Shinigami Academy. During his last year of study, Ryusaki and four of his classmates were assigned to lead a field lesson on performing a dummy hollow killing with the Freshmen of the Shinigami Academy All went well until the end of the lesson, when a group of giant hollows attacked them by surprise.

As all of his Classmates died , Ryusaki ordered all the freshmen to run and tried to fend off the hollows himself until help arrived. However, he was quickly overpowered,and he was about to be killed. Fortunately, back-up arrived in the form of The 9th Division Captain Ryuho Takeshi.

After he became a seated officer of Squad 9,after a request from the 9th Division Captain. One day Ryusaki and 10 seated officers of Squad 9,among them and the Vice-Captain of the time, left on a mission in the human world.At the beginning he thought it will be a piece of cake,too bad it wasn't.Their group was attacked from an arrancar,the Vice-Captain of the time fought against the Arrancar giving his best,however this was not enough,he was cut down by it, however weakened the Arrancar a lot.Ryusaki wasn't going to go down without a fight,he had to avenge his comrades.He fought against it,and after going all out...he killed it.Being recognized by Ryuho himself, as well as almost everyone,he was promoted to Vice-Captain of the 9th Division.

Currently he is training in order to archive Bankai,and its implied that he is very close on doing so.
