-Appearance: Ryu has blood red hair that somehow occurs naturally. He has gold eyes and pure black irises. He is average size and build, and dark skin. He has a lengthwise scar on his arm, as well as a diagonal scar on his chest. A symbol of many of his battles on his way to where he is now. Ryu's has the average build mainly using it to out pace his opponents with blinding speed and stamina. There is a small scar above his mouth, as if someone had thrown a rock at his mouth, made from a young age. Ryu while has an average build, he is still strong to a degree and in no way weak. -Preferred Wardrobe: Ryu is generally wearing the standard shinigami cloths along with the general captains robe. He is pretty much always wearing this, and never really caught without it.

Character/Player Bio:

-Personality: Ryu is generally a nice person. Much nicer towards the opposite sex, unless they "annoy him" then he generally is a little mean, so long as he does not have to fight them and they are seen as an ally. Other than that, he only talks when he feels he has to in formal events. He likes to drink and over the years has evolved a tolerance to sake and the inability to get drunk unless he consumes a large amount of sake. Too everyone around, Ryu is generally the same way, as well as loyal to soul society. He is heartless and battle, working to get the job done, he shows no mercy in combat unless forced otherwise. He is also not a talker, he would never explain things to people or anything of that sort, he stays silent waiting for them to slip up. Ryu doesn't in any way care about rule of no dirty fighting. He will do anything, to wind a fight, no matter what anyone says.

-History: Ryusaki like many others doesnt remember much about when he was alive. That part of his life is just a huge blur to him. All he can remember is when he lived in rukongi. He can boast and say that he toughed it out in the harders areas like 80 and 79. But its not like he was pampered his entire life. Ryusaki grew up in area number sixty-five.During his earlier years, Ryusaki has already shown interest in fighting,like most shinigami that came from the streets of Rukongai.

After some time had passed,Ryusaki found his way to the Shinigami Academy.He was already a famous Shinigami even before becoming a seated officer. He began taking missions with the Gotei 13 when he was still a student of the Shinigami Academy. During his last year of study, Ryusaki and four of his classmates were assigned to lead a field lesson on performing a dummy hollow killing with the Freshmen of the Shinigami Academy All went well until the end of the lesson, when a group of giant hollows attacked them by surprise.

As all of his Classmates died , Ryusaki ordered all the freshmen to run and tried to fend off the hollows himself until help arrived. However, he was quickly overpowered,and he was about to be killed. Fortunately, back-up arrived in the form of The 9th Division Captain Ryuho Takeshi.

After he became a seated officer of Squad 9,after a request from the 9th Division Captain. One day Ryusaki and 10 seated officers of Squad 9,among them and the Vice-Captain of the time, left on a mission in the human world.At the beginning he thought it will be a piece of cake,too bad it wasn't.Their group was attacked from an arrancar,the Vice-Captain of the time fought against the Arrancar giving his best,however this was not enough,he was cut down by it, however weakened the Arrancar a lot.Ryusaki wasn't going to go down without a fight,he had to avenge his comrades.He fought against it,and after going all out...he killed it. Being recognized by those around him he worked to achieve the rank of captain.

The sample is good and all, but I'm afraid I would like a bit more in both appearance and wardrobe. You might also want an expanded history, but since you're going for captain Dr. Reaper gets the final say

Just add more to the appearance but everything els seems fine once thats expanded you will be good to go.
