Tadashii stands in the captains meeting hall. Instead of taking his rightful seat at the head of the table he is standing at the end of it, Thinking. The Goteijūsantai, The Thirteen court guard squads, Lie in near ruin. Ranks have been passed down to lower ranked ones, New captains have been crowned. Sotaicho Kaemasu needs to know exactly who is under him..

A jigokuchō rests lightly in his hand...One of several he has procured. The hell butterfly...A beautiful thing. Tadashii drops his hand, And it flies away, The others following it. They have their orders to find captain strength people, And give them the command to assemble in the captain's meeting hall.

Syu was becoming vastly disappointed in the going ons as of late. Some little twerp had likely scared off an amusing man back in the real world, and little had taken place afterward. Although, on the bright side, it seemed she had a new and large lab to begin rebuilding within the new home front - or rather, regained - and even a new little bunch to play with: the bountou. It was good to be who she was at this time it seemed.

But, alas, the strange captain was deterred from work by the summons of one of those black insects and so when the boss came a callin' she came answering. Like a good little...well like a cat playing obedience for a time. Only the most flippant of thoughts raced in and out of her mind, relating to if the new leader extraordinaire would even care that she wasn't in proper regalia, but she did have mind to bring - and wear - her haori. This one was different than perhaps some of the old scientist ones wore, opting for the nonexistent sleeves like second and tenth division, rather than full length. Far too annoying, and then she couldn't see the lovely shade of pale oranges of her current sleeves and attire. Rather than drab black she was wearing more along the lines of a sherbet orange kimono, the style consisting of no shoulders unlike traditional garbs, and sleeves that began fading into a red-orange color, the dress sprinkled with ruddy orange carnations and tri-tipped leaves. A black sash around her middle with a diamond shaped clothe over it, and a flask at her hip completed her under-haori-ensemble, since her footwear was at least somewhat traditional to shinigami standards. Had to give some while taking a lot, and all.

Her golden to burnt orange eyes trained on the lone figure and her silvery ears drooped in minor dismay at being next to the only person here. Just how many captains were there in total? Were spots gaping open horribly more than she thought? And where the hell was her new toy?! Was that one invited to the party? So she wondered.

Regardless of current appearances she made her way over to her designated position, sighing as she mildly wondered if she even had a lieutenant at this time, or was she doomed to lonely work in her lab? Not that it would be bad...

Behind her, her tail lazily swished about, appearing to play with her overly long ponytail in mild boredom.

(OOC: Blah, short.)

The great big doors of the Captain's meeting hall, some place the Grand Kido Chief is unaccustomed to, has burst open. A man with exaggerated features and with a regal flair to him enters. He wore the robes of the Kido Chief, who was rarely seen in the Captain's meeting hall much less the entire Seireitei. He had a staff with him to which it wasn't used for helping him to walk but more likely for simply the sake of fashion or perhaps some hidden Zanpakuto. Pacing along into the room, he stood by the right hand side of the Sotaicho as the Grand Kido Chief has no area to stand in formally within meetings.

"What have you summoned me on about, Sotaicho Tadashii? I would have to get back to a guest soon for there is to be some wounds to attend to." The concerned Saito said.

The first captain to arrive is Syu. Tadashii had always found her rather eccentric, though she is a good fit for the spot of the twelfth division captain. He's glad he hasn't lost her. She is dressed rather eccentrically, as usually, but at least she is wearing her haori, as a show of respect to the Goteijusantai.

The next captain isn't really a captain, but the Grand Kido Chief. A man rarely seen in the Seireitei period, he's been forced to make two appearances in a day by this war. How inconviencing for him. He mentions their "guest" and Tadashii's usually emotionless face might have registered a twinge of succes? It's impossible to be sure because as quickly as it gets there it is gone. He turns his head towards Syu, Adressing her first.

Hello Taicho Chi’Damashii. Good to see the war hasn't killed you...It'd be difficult to replace a captain as intelligent and eccentric as you.

Was that a joke that Sotaicho Kaemasu just cracked? It was, It was! How very unusual, how very out of character for him. He then turns back to Saito Kotaro.

Kidōshū Sōshi Kotaro. Good to see you could make it. I'm glad to hear our guest is currently being taken care of. I apologize for the intrusion upon your scheduele. The jigokuchō were intstruced to seek out people with captain class reiatsu signatures. You of course qualify. You may return to our guest immediently, Unless you want to sit on the meeting?

Dage lifted himself from his desk chair the day seemed warm as he readied for the meeting that was called, Dage never liked this meetings he did not see the need to pulled from a chance to fight and bath in blood but he knew that disobeying orders of such magnitude would lead him to death with out a fight and that was not allowed. Dage seemed to walk with the breeze and seemingly stayed in the shadows as his hooded face seemed to cast its own shadow, but like a looming and for boating aura of death and mindless blood shed Dage coved ground rather swiftly for a man his size and in minuets he was cross the warm colours of the grassy court yard and into the halls leading to the massive meeting hall. With little effort the great doors leading into the adjoining room parted and Dages hooded form lofted into view but with out wasting time, Dage found a place for him to stand being that he does not chance sitting and it was in this standing stance that he waited for the core of why he was summoned while also over hearing what those who arrived before him had to say in the same action as him lowering his hood out of respect.

Hmm, a Sound could be heard in the distance. What was it? It sounded like foots steps and they were. Soul was on his way to the meeting area. He wasn't doing anything, but just walking around the S.S. looking for something to kill. Yet, he was summoned by one of those annoying Butterflys. Soul was nearing the meeting hall with his zanpakuto in his right hand. Soul almost never actually attached it to his body. He simply carried it in his right or left hand. He walked through the already open doors with his faded yellow and black suit on, but he didn't have anything to mark his Divison or did he. He flipped up the tip of his fedora as he looked at the Captain-Commander. On the front ofhis fedora was the Third Divisons Symbol. He winked a tthe Female Shinigami, and walked over by the Kidou corps Cheif and the C.C. Soul smiled as he C.C. as he said, "Nice to see you again. God, i can't remember were i got that tattoo from. Yet, oh well." Soul was talking about the Black Tattoo'd zero on right hip that was covered by the suit he was wearing. He looked around and found out he was the Fourth one there. he wasn't last like he always was. That was a good sign. He stood next to the C.C. as they waited for more people to show up.

((Tad, if you don't approve of me having my Divison Symbol already. Then, everyone just read over that part. Lik ehe isn't even there. XD))

"Of course, Sotaicho Tadashii, I won't have it otherwise. Bye now." The soft spoken intellectual said as his tired eyes look around at the Captains. He was gone way too long. There were too much faces that he finds himself unfamiliar to, in one case, Dage Shibo was a huge sadistic brute with no compassion, an animal automatically in Saito's books. Then there was Syu, she was the eccentric scientist as Tadashii pointed out, then there was that guy who he has no awareness of or any perception of his personality. That thought out, he took nonchalant steps to help himself out of the room, waving good bye as he left to attend to his prisoner.

PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyFri Nov 06, 2009 6:58 am

[ooc: sorry for suckitude, figured it might be my turn <.<;; ]

More and more men filtered in while the leader mentioned something about being glad she hadn't died. Her? Die? She was too busy for death! Well, too busy for a second death considering what they were. Her ears stayed down, no longer in dismay but mild annoyance at such remarks, her nose even turning up a little as her eyes became half-lidded and observed the others. Some gentle-type had followed her, with some time coming a giant and a clueless one. Should she be afraid that the clueless one was heading the information bureau now? Possibly, hopefully his memory would hold out or documents could be easily snatched. Though torturing him for information would be nulled...

Heh, an amusing thought should such a situation arise.

An eyebrow raised as the Kido fella left about as quickly as he arrived, and she wondered what or whom he was attending to. Would she get to play with it? Oh she hope she did! Internally she quivered at such an idea, wanting nothing more than to turn something inside out at this time to see what. Made. It. Tick. Gods she must be bored then...that was so old school too!

A smile quirked at the clueless one's words though, and she couldn't help remarking to him,
"Didja go on a bender and get one while sloshed? I'm sure there are subordinates who've done the same...or perhaps you want me to give you a full going over and see what I can find?" Her eye twinkled at the suggestion, a little purr added to the end of it and the tips of canine teeth showing amongst her pearly whites.

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyFri Nov 06, 2009 7:24 pm

After his encounter with Hakunetsu in the Rokungai, Rekkan decided to return to the Seireitei. She had teased him ever since he made his way back to the 11th Division quarters, pushing the shinigami to do what he wanted the most. It was not annoying to listen to her soothing voice, even though it was repeating the same thing over and over again. In a matter of fact, the young man gave her reason, it was about time to do it, so why not now? The 11th's Taicho was an idiot in Rekkan's opinion, he had no capability of leading his subjects to any task, much more a battle or even a war. To his beliefs, Dage Shibo was a man who placed muscles first and brains later. That could only mean heavy casualties in the future. So, without further adue, the Shinigami of the 11th Division, Akume no Rekkan, decided to bring his own law to the 11th. And how would he perform such a task? Like any other mission given to him, Rekkan would kill. It was just that everything was getting so annoying, reality was surely a bitch. To create a dreamworld and impose it on his fellow shinigami. To allow them to reach a heightened sense of things and seek out a greater power, other than that given by this lowly Shinigami known as Dage Shibo. And along with his murderous intent... Was her voice.

"Kill..."

She whispered, her melodic tone ravaging through Rekkan's ears and penetrating his brain to a deeper level of hallucination and massacre. The Imagination carved further into the shinigami's soul, proving to be stronger than reality, better than reality, more real than reality itself. To see the Captain on the ground, more than dead...

NON-EXISTANT!

That was a dark and sweet thought, a thought that would become more than imagination, more than reality. It would become TRUE! For reality can lie, as well as can imagination... But Baba Bui doesn't. It is more than reality and imagination put together, it is everything and nothing. It is what makes Rekkan think and act, what thrives him. Hakunetsu knows that and uses it to her advantage. She becomes a part of Rekkan, just as much as she wants him to become a part of her, to be deep inside of her. It was crazy, it was true. Rekkan of the Orgasm took a few steps into a hallway, marching deeper inside. And as he saw nothing more than what Hakunetsu wanted him to see, darkness, he felt his veins pumping with hot and steaming blood. To what purpose did she want him to see that?

Oh... It was a mere taste of what he craved, of what he wanted to feel. To be completely lost in a deep void, a void that was nothing else than a woman's womb... No, Hakunetsu's womb. And that was what happened when he entered a state of release that was beyond description. The two of them felt each other, their powers combining as the girl's juices flowed through Rekkan's body and penetrated his soul, allowing his abilities of mixing Reality and Imagination to multiply further, to create his own world without the worries of exceeding any boundaries or trespassing rules. There are no rules, there will never be any rules except for Rekkan's.

But moving on, as it seems this post is dragging too much, Rekkan entered the place where the Captains were having their meeting. He dragged his body with his legs, pulling it with some determination so that it does not stand in the previous place. The shinigami's whole organic composition was just too lazy, he still wondered why did it gain a more lively form in some, more interesting situations. However, until now, everything just seemed dull and... Distant. His brown eyes scanned each Taicho, sending informations to the brain and waiting for orders. It was so slow, like an old computer, probably a Pentium III. However, at the sight of a particular living form and the instinct of reconaissance that the eyes had of it, Rekkan's body began to thrive with energy. It spunked up, his laid back shoulders tightened for a second or two before returning to their relaxed form. His muscles entered a state of trance and complete awareness, ready for anything. It was not fear that consumed Rekkan... Only a heightened sense of things... His tongue forced itself out of his mouth, its tip sliding through his upper lip with enthusiasm and care. Quite an odd mix, but possible for the shinigami.

Hakunetsu whispered again, calling out for him, begging to be released. But Rekkan did not do such a thing. To attack in this situation would be more than lovely, it would be joyful, but he wanted only one, not all those present. He pointed his left hand's index finger at Dage Shibo and dragged his left foot forward, grazing it along the solid ground for a few inches before stopping.

"Taicho of the 11th Division, Dage Shibo... I challenge you to a deathmatch..."

He waited, not for the response that was to come or the interruption made by any other shinigami there present, but for the battle to begin. He could already imagine it... And it felt so good...

PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyFri Nov 06, 2009 8:28 pm

Pendragon Kirihito was training flippantly with several of his subordinates, trying to raise their game while keeping himself amused. They were playing one of his specialities, a good old game of hide and seek, but this involved the entire realm of seireitei and pushed ones reitsu sensor to its absolute limits. Pendragon found it amusing and time passing to train his underlings in such a manor now and again and for it they would thank him one day – knowing where your enemy is at all times is one of the ground rules of battle, the moment you lose their position is the moment you give an opening and that is the moment you have lost the battle. This is something he hopes those studying beneath him will come to know before it is too late… Having sat now, atop this large bell tower of the 3rd divisions barracks, for coming on three quarters of an hour pendragon wondered whether this had been too much for his young apprentices until he felt an odd and advancing reitsu upon his position, it was not a reitsu he was familiar with, it was not one he recognized, for a moment he questioned even what race it belonged to and his hand loosened a little, falling to beside his blade’s hilt but then it dawned on his, this was not a reitsu he was familiar with because he had not felt in such a long time, it was in fact the feel of a beacon, the feel of a new begging, the feel of change… no… the feel of hope.

Landing softly upon his left shoulder the singular hell butterfly landed and the reitsu died off as it melted into his being and the hell butterfly dispersed. Pendragon knew where he must be now and he must be there fast. A sudden surge and uproar of reitsu avalanched from his position, it spilled outwards from him like a volcano or a tempest, it washed over the buildings and nature below as it shuddered the very roots of the trees it washed over. Within thirteen seconds his underlings were around him, having recognized the reitsu signature they wasted no time in assembling mid-game. Pendragon addressed them and explained the situation “ Soul society and the remaining Gotei 13 are assembling, my presence is necessary there and I must leave immediately, the division is to go into emergency rule 8 and run like that until such time as I return, please go now and convey the message on to the others. You are dismissed” with this, the subordinates simultaneously bowed, turned and disappeared. Pendragon mused to himself and realised that actually he felt a tiny pang of pride that soul society was functioning how it was now, it was on the road to recovery, and this meeting was just what they needed to co-ordinate the revival!

Landing solidly in front of the grand meeting halls overbearing doors pendragon stepped forward three paces and the awe inspiring sight of the Gotei 13’s gathering hall was revealed before him, the towering doors seemingly opened of their own accord with a mighty oak creek and the light from outside streamed and scrambled into the hall as if the light were some intrigued and nosey passerby who happened to get a chance glimpse inside somewhere off limits. As quickly as he arrived he regretted having done so at that moment, the scene before him was not one of unity and bliss, it was the harmonic interrelations between all thirteen court guard shinigami that pendragon had once witnessed in the Seireitei’s hay day – it was one of opposition, turmoil and unease… exactly the sort of thing that would serve to set back the incredible progress they had made in the short time since the takeover. This made pendragon angry and his fists clenched tightly, his face bubbling into an explosion of magma like colour. This was all he could do to hold himself back from verbally assaulting the young upstart who was getting too big for his boots and opposing everything the new Soul society stood for. He glided past the intervention in the middle and took his place, turning to the Sotaicho and bowing low in deep respect, but also in such a way as to see what he was going to do about this unnecessary outburst of Neanderthal like behaviour that would only serve to hinder our currently progress and revival.

Dage watched and over looked leaving and coming of captains, over hearing what the Captain commander had to say to the kido grandmaster and Dage was growing board and this meeting seemingly when on with out end. Dage shifted to a more relaxed stance as more Captains fill the meeting hall but there was one who was not a Captain making a bold appearance with in the meeting hall such a move was not a way to make a name for ones self, Dage smiled as the brash actions of one of his own storming in to a room full of Captains some who may have a shorter temper then he him self risking his life to challenge Dage was bold and reckless Dage moved so that they both are facing face to face. Looming over the young shinigami and spoke with a voice darker then the night its self. "You come into the room full of Captains to challenge me? Dage smiled as he lowered his hand to the hilt of his blade ready to draw it across the midsection he knew blood shed here would be a bad idea but to Dage he wanted to make a point a bloody one but one none the less.

PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptySat Nov 07, 2009 7:31 am

Upon returning to the SS compound, despite being required to attend the meeting, Mao had some priorities: get cleaned up. Not only would it be a sad state of affair to attend in tattered clothes, but she couldn't stand the feeling of dirt on her fine skin! It was down right detestable, and she made sure to scrub thoroughly in the shower of the living quarters she was given. A nice, fine place at that, if thanks to them trying to make amends to her race, and due to her status. A new gown was donned, and rather than replacing the black dress with a copy, she took the white counter part instead with the black underside, donning black shorts underneath considering it was slit up to her hips on both sides and to about mid thigh on the front flap. It was completed with boots, considering she wasn't one for shinigami garb anyways. As far as she cared the bounts didn't really have a uniform, so they were distinguishable...by their lack of one, really.

The butterfly guided her to the hall of captains where it seemed some where gathered...along with a very strange man. Bleh, what had she walked into? And it better not get messy considering she'd just washed up, her hair even still a bit damp from it. In this whole room usually devoted to captains, she wasn't sure where to stand, seeing as it appeared each captain had a designated spot, but considering she wasn't really of the thirteen...perhaps she would go and take up a corner or something, preferably away from the deranged intruder. Spying where she was standing, however, Mao chose the opposite corner of the other cat-like figure in the room, staying close to the corner but not leaning against it. In case it was dirty. Staring at the others she felt her chosen dress a bit ironic now, considering all their white haori's, and perhaps making her look presumptuous in thinking she was a captain when really she just headed an alternate race's division. And not a large one at that. Curiosity had her awaiting to see what would befall this curious fella, but hope had her saying it wouldn't be her as she'd just dealt with some life form hell bent and destroying shinigami.

Either he'd be baked on the spot, or hopefully it'd go outside so they could properly attend to whatever business was at hand. Considering her position - or lack thereof - she didn't bother saying anything, figuring it "beyond her standing." This atmosphere felt so stifling to her...

More captains arrive. The brutish leader of the Eleventh, Dage Shibo. Mr. Soul...A man who Tadashii might make a captain. God knows he's got the Strength for it, But Tadashii will have to test him somehow first. Pendragon Kirihito. A good friend of Tadashii's and a loyal captain.

And someone else arrived...Rekkan. The lieutenant of the eleventh. Challenging Dage Shibo to a death match..How...well just plain annoying. This fight will eat up so much time..

A death match? Fine. Do it if you two must, But not in this hall. Leave if you truely want to do it.

He has no time to deal with matters such as this right now.

(bleh, dont wanna make efforts as well)

Rekkan nodded at the Sotaicho's statement and stared back at Dage Shibo, letting out a wicked smile. He slid his left foot to the side and pulled his body with it, giving his captain the ability to leave first. A simple manner of courtesy.

"You can pick the location for our match, Shibo-taicho. I will gladly fight in whatever landscape you choose." - he said, still adding - "It won't really matter..."

And with that, the Shinigami waited patiently for his soon to be opponent to leave. He would follow right behind the captain of the 11th.

Hearing the outrageousness of the whole situation escalate around him in a matter of nanoseconds pendragon felt his anger raise and boil up inside of him, with his heart rate galloping and his breathing being forced into a deeper and more powerful rhythm his whole body straightened up and his head raised high pendragon addressed the useless annoyance that stood before the 13 court guard captains, the defenders of his homeland, the kings that resided over him and he witnessed the absolute levels of disrespect and dishonour he served to them each individually as he made his little inconsequential performance.
“No matter if you have permission or not the meeting of the seireitei captains to discuss the future of your homeland takes precedence over whatever excited little school boy fantasy you have planned… I know you must just be overwhelmed with adrenaline, testosterone and a tingling titillating excitement at the prospect of your first proper grown-up fight but you will wait your turn like your rank requires you to and you will WAIT IN LINE!”

As Dage ready to Draw the captain commander spoke and gave his blessings of sort, While Dage loved to fight but the meeting on how to rebuild and revive the home that was over run Arrancar was of more importance this was some what a annoyance. The idea of fighting was over whelming almost addicting as Dage thought about it but in the back of his mind the pride of being captain was singing a song of responsibility and reason, turning his back and walking back to his spot Dage heard the out burst from the other captain seemed to snap him out of his blood lust which then he spoke. "Despite the fact i want to spill your blood this meeting about our home and what needs to be done means a bit more then after this meeting is done your time living in this world will end." With that being said Dage filled the room with spiritual pressure and his killing intent as he walked away annoyed at the fact he could not fight right that moment.

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyTue Nov 10, 2009 11:40 pm

Stupidity... And a small pinch of rash behaviour. Pendragon-Taicho's speech was filled with rage, and as he developed the course of his words with an aggressive tone, Rekkan could find himself farther away from reality. One that would think that a ... Petty meeting was more important than to settle a Division's problem... Was an idiot. For what initiates itself in a small town can spread to the entire country. The 13 Gotei's captains were always Shinigami of high levels of intelligence, wisdom and strength, or so they say, but Rekkan found nothing than rabble trying to play politics when a clash between blades was the most needed. To obtain peace, one must endure war. After the Seireitei's conflict with Hueco Mundo, in which the Shinigami were able to come out the victors, it was time to settle things inside of the "organization".

Dage-Taicho was another one who did not know about priorities. To let this challenge drag itself for more time would be to weaken his Division. The men and women under his command would see their loyalty wither for they saw that he was not a captain that could take immediate actions over a problem. But that wasn't his only weakness. His emotions would lead to his downfall.

"If you believe in your words, Pendragon-taicho, then you should realize that this 'quarrel' should be settled immediatly. I wished to come here and challenge the Captain of the 11th so that it would not bring tension in our quarters, knowing full well that each member of that Gotei would pick sides and divide the unit. Finishing me off as a Taicho of a different unit would only give half of the 11th's Shinigami to have enough reason to stand against Dage Shibo-Taicho. But to let me and him finish things quickly and promptly will allow the soldiers' morale to rise, not only because the 'situation' was taken care of immediatly, but... I shall give them the spectacle of their life...!" - he said calmly, then turning his attention to Dage-taicho - "It is not that I do not respect the 13 Gotei, Dage-taicho. And not that I do not respect you and your... Abilities. However, I have decided that, in my opinion, you are not even close to have the position of Captain. Even I, one that loses himself in the temptations of his Zanpakuto and imagination, am more suited to the task of commanding such a division. The strength that you possess is not required to such an unit of elite swordsmen. We require, apart from the brute strength that you can provide, an effective way on how to use our skills. Even your predecessors would give me reason, for they too worked with the minimal requirement of intelligence."

With that, another Shinigami appeared, revealing to be a woman. It was interesting to see how his eager spirit to engage a Taicho in a deathmatch could bring the attention of others that were not allowed in this room, although he discarded that thought and was more interested in the intriguing underwear that this person in particular was wearing. Alas, that was not close to what Hakunetsu could be. He sighed as it seemed that this girl was embarrassing herself and waited promptly for an answer. Rekkan wanted to finish this "quarrel", for it was more important to decide the short term future than the long term one.

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyWed Nov 11, 2009 1:29 am

((Rekkan is the only person other than captains who is allowed to post here. The part of Rekkan's post concerning Veygo shall be ignored.))

This intrusion is causing some anger. Pendragon Kirihito is showing some rage, Dage Shibo however seems to dismiss the idea. He is to cocky...There is truth in what Rekkan says. Dage Shibo was not appointed by Tadashii Kaemasu, And if he had to choose, He would honestly have chosen Rekkan. The man is much calmer than Dage, Less cocky as well...However he has removed the decision from Tadashii hands by making this challange...How troublesome...How very Troublesome...

Pendragon Taicho, Calm down. It is the Fukutaicho's every right to challange their captain for supremecy of their division. And while i wish that it hadn't happened during out meeting it has...We must accept this, And make the best of it.

Before saying this he turned to pendragon, Attempting to quell his anger. If his words worked or not would not matter, However he hopes that Pendragon will remain an ally within the political workings of the seireitei. He is a good ally to have, And certainly a loyal friend. He turns back to the Captain and his Lieutenant, Dage Shibo and Rekkan.

Rekkan And Shibo Taicho. You two are to leave the meeting and settle this dispute...Now. We cannot have this Dissension among the ranks of the eleventh division...HOWEVER, I do not want this to be a death match. While i realize the law of the seireitei says that the previous captain must be killed infront of 200 witnesses from his division, I will be changing the law for this one occasion...Neither of you shall die. You both will restrain yourself from dealing a killing blow. And instead of 200 witnesses from the eleventh division, which we do not have, I will send my Lieutenant, Akira Asamiya, To witness this event...I have spoken, And my word is final. Do you two understand?

His tone is stern and forceful as he makes this small speech. One of authority, One that imbues fear of the consequences should you disobey the owner of the voice. And indeed they should be afraid of the wrath of Sotaicho Keamasu. While not an easily angered man, He is one who is swift to punish those who disobey his command without good reason.

Still only a few of the Captains are assembled...Syu Chi'Damashii, Taicho of the Twelfth, and her Creation, Mao, Taicho of the bount division...Pendragon Kirihito, Taicho of the fifth, Dage Shibo, Taicho of the eleventh, Though for how much longer? And finnally, Mr. Soul...The man who Tadashii may promote to a Taicho-ship, Although he is still undecided on that point...

The roles of these captains in the upcoming war will be crucial...That is for sure.

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyWed Nov 11, 2009 6:43 am

With the escalation of this scene Syu's mouth began tweaking until she couldn't hold back the grin of delight at this, so vastly amused. To most it would be hard to discern why she was so enamored with the going ons, but a meeting of it own was taking place and the boy - well perhaps not so much a boy - had brought up such a great point in the face of the others that she couldn't resist the giggle. Her expression would be deemed sinister as her mind worked over it, "He does...hold a point, and quite a funny time to bring it to light. What would a division split into confusion be of use, even if the captain gave input in this here meeting? I suppose any dissenters could merely be sent to me to play with...but then the guarantee of getting them back wouldn't be established. But if we have to wait, even after this meeting, for a division's compliance then what good was it for that captain to be here? I suppose its better they both be out of our hair and the winner told what they are to do afterward. I should hope the victor couldn't return lest it prove one side's weakness to such a great extent." Throughout it her fangs glinted in her smile as she spoke until the end, her eyes hardening over like fine diamond as the orange changed to brilliant blues, from midnight to pale skies.

Perchance, it was also the fact the excitable lieutenant hadn't stated that he was worthy, just that there were more worthy folk than Captain Shibo to take his place. Amusing word play as it was humble, but at the same time, didn't say much then for the division as a whole.
"And perhaps we should be more concerned as a whole the lack of appearances, constituting either we've lost captains, they're horrendously late, and we should install joy buzzers into their asses to set into action when they don't arrive to a meeting on time. Hell, even one of my lovely dolls showed up before most of them and I can still smell the blood on her that isn't of her own control," Syu couldn't help but lick her lips in wondering what took place, but an annoyed expression mixed with her dark curiosity for the fact some were shirking their duties and she'd bothered to show up! As far as she cared she deserved kudos just for being so early when she couldn't entertained the notion of creating more bountou since there were so few!

"Should these two kindly leave? There are better things to discuss - though perchance not as fun as this - in concerns of the future. Pendragon appears to be anxious as well, although if he weren't then we would be more likely to be suspect of him," this was punctuated with a 'pure smile' - though if such were truly capable for her then who was to say. But likely this could be taken as a compliment, given the fact there were those who might be under inspection soon enough...

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyWed Nov 11, 2009 10:15 am

Dage walked about half way back as the long winded speech of his vice echoed through the hall, being a brute was something Dage was used as a gimmick yes Dage was at times mindless and brutish but the skill needed to run the 11th was hidden deep within the mindlessness of the monster they called Dage. A fight that was not to the death seemed boring but something Rekken did not seem to understand was Dage killed the last captain after his time in the academy and it was this thuggish style of fight that kept him as captain his massive size may seem to lend to that idea but Dage was very skilled but playing to the idea of this mindless monster would be the key to keeping others underestimating his intelligence and with that Dage walked past his vice speaking very briefly.

"The 11th do not wast time justafiing the reasons for a fight we just do, so shut the fuck up draw you blade and lets see who is better words are pointless to a brute like me." Those words were lifeless void of logic he knew that this was going to be a contest of power, skill, and blood lust of which Dage knew all to well how to use to great effect. As Dage left the meeting hall all that was on his mind was the fight at hand and if he should kill him and make it seem as if it was a mistake but that would come when the fight is at hand not a moment sooner.

Exit---->

Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyWed Nov 11, 2009 10:20 am

"Ja Ja!, whats going on every body?" The icy haired captain intoned as he shuffled into the meeting hall with heavy bags under his eyes to suggest that he hadn't had much sleep. Immediately Yotono could feel a negative tension permeating the air as he entered, if he didn't know any better he'd say there was a heated argument of some sort taking place. At any rate the lethargic captain sluggishly proceeded forward, finding an open spot for him to join in. Among the room full of captains there were 6 present including Sotaicho Tadashii but excluding himself as he slid in becoming the 7th member in the hall."Boy I havent seen Tadashii-sama in a while, I'm sure he's got a mouthful of select words waiting for me.” Yotono though to himself as he let out a light yawn and scratched the back of his neck.

All of that paper work he had to rummage through the night before was simply insane, being in charge of diplomatic relations was tough, especially when the closest ones to communicate with were the shinigami’s worst enemies. It would probably take decades if at all for the shinigami and the arrancar to ever have a chance to sit down and talk things out, everything now a days was fight, fight, fight, a real downer if you asked the 10th division. Violence to Yotono seemed like such nonsense when things could be worked out diplomatically, alas, verbal recognition of the situation was what he was here for. At least that’s what the hell butterfly relayed to him, while being in his tired mood Yotono hoped that things would go quickly and there wouldn’t be any foolish confrontations amongst the others. “ Forgive my tardiness Sotaicho Tadashii, been inundated with paper work lately. Took me about a half our to reach the exit of my division with all the papers I’ve got laying around.” Yotono said facetiously as he yawned yet again while this time rubbing the nasty gook from between his eyes.

PostSubject: Re: Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains]   Deciding the fate of the Goteijūsantai [Captains] EmptyWed Nov 11, 2009 3:57 pm

Theatrics came left and right, challenges, offers to take up the willful, and exaggerations of paperwork? Overall a chaotic bunch, and it made Mao yearn for the free life before she was told to come work for these...people...things...gods whatever they were. Might as well have been labeled a snack for all they were truly worth to her people. Amusing thought, she wouldn't say that out loud. One must have been quite grumpy, while another was tired, a third possibly a blockhead for a captain but he was gone, some nameless guy who had no division of his own, and of course, the 'all mighty one.' Internally she rooted for the one who'd stepped through, as while it was great and all to act on instinct a mind should have words of manners and the ability to convey them, which, the other lad did have. His timing...though...wasn't the greatest, and Mao could only marvel at their feelings of utter disorganization.

"Its a shame there's such a pile up at your division. Maybe you could just throw the ridiculous peace requests that shinigami input to the arrancar out. I don't see why they would listen to the people who failed them," Mao's eyebrows shot up as she realized she'd spoken somewhat out of turn. Not untrue, however, seeing as hollows were the product of souls not claimed in time by the shinigami..."Pardon my last statement...although I don't foresee them listening to us with a will to their names. But they should be dealt with if they're still wandering this realm in heavy numbers, and sooner rather than later. Wouldn't want them feasting too largely on the plus populations." All she could attribute that minor lashing out to was her own 'creator,' hating with fervor the title she'd nicknamed the race: by their own weapons no less. Her sick habits were of no interest to Mao, loving the idea of the woman's suffering more than nothing at this time. Later there might be a grilling session as to her doings and reason behind the scent the other highly sensitive one discovered. Damn their likeness...

She continued to stand off, more to the corner than amongst the 'actual' captains, though still donned in her white, non-uniform dress - since they didn't have such things. Eh, hopefully worst that would happen would be getting kicked out of a meeting she likely didn't belong in to begin with.

Seeing no point in continuing in this meeting hall, Rekkan decided to follow Dage-taicho. He would see where the other SHinigami would take them for the challenge to begin and settle everything in a good ol' fashion way. In any case, let's get that party starting.

-> Exit, waiting for the topic to be up ._.

He pulls out his soul pager discreetly, Typing up and sending out a message to his lieutenant, Akira Asamiya. Roughly it states that she is to locate the Taicho and Fukutaicho of the eleventh division and observe their fight, Make sure they don't kill eachother. Now...For business.

Enough captains are here...Whatever ones haven't arrived can simple catch up on the meetings events when Tadashii chews them out, And beg to keep their rank. Such Sloth will not be tolerated within the captains of the gotei thirteen. He moves silently, Leaving the captains to their own small conversations as he sits at the very head of the table, the tallest chair, the chair whose honor to sit in it belongs only to the Sotaicho. He places his hands lighlty on the table, Before letting loose a small burst of reiatsu to catch everyones atttention.

The meeting is now beginning...Take your seats, Captains.

He turns his head slightly towards mao...While not technically a captain, She is in charge of her division...

Mao Taicho, You may take the seat of the Second division Taicho...She will not be arriving...

An act of kindness perhaps? Including the Bount within the ranks of the captains, Even refering to her by the honorary title of Taicho. The second part of his sentence hints at the death of the Taicho of the second division.
