-Release Phrase: Although Hibaris power has no release phrase, he usualy releases it while saying "I'll bite you to death."
-Power's Appearance: Hibari is surounded by a spiritual pressure and wind circle. They make his clothes and his hair wave around when his power is activated. His eyes glow, but many say that's because he likes to fight.
-Power's Ability: Wind can be used from enhancement to an attack. Hibari can send air waves and other wind based attacks at his enemy. It can be the outcome from small scratches and scars to bigger injuries and losses of limbs. Hibari can emit high pressurised wind from his body parts. For an example; he can push out air from his feet to send him flying back and help him evade from an attack in midair. He can use the wind on objects as well. He can make objects fly at his enemy or fly around Hibari to protect himself. In this state Hibari can only lift small objects like street signs or small builders. He can lift himself as well. He can use his power to draw the enemy closer or to push him away.

Name: Wind shield
State: Either
Description: Creates a large shield like barricade of winds in front of Hibari. It can block kido or cero by dispersing the Reiatsu within the kido or the cero. Is weak against; physical attacks. When done with blocking Hibari can push the barricade at the enemy making a large air wall coming at the opponent.

-Instance of Evolution: Hibari was striving around Kurakura town ridding the city from every hollow he found. He also fought against hollows at every other place he had the chance to get to. Although that was a rare case he had his hands full. Hibari skipped many classes fighting Hollows or other beings with more spiritual pressure. He was alright with his level of power until he was proved wrong.
One day Hibari was skipping classes. He was in the near forest killing off some hollows. They weren’t too strong but they were enough to keep Hibari busy for awhile. His tonfa where in motion the whole, time. Together with some razor wind slashes he managed to take down the most of them. The hollows were falling one after another to their deaths. They would die by Hibari’s power and the forest would be their grave.
Hibari dodged the slashes from a large hollow. He jumped around and ran around the hollow with his tonfa drawn and the long ends at his arms pointed at his elbows. The Hibari used the moment where the hollow had slammed both arms in the ground. Hibari made his way under the hollows mask and jumped up. With a strong uppercut the hollow raised his head and screamed in pain. The lower portion of his mask was destroyed and a cut mark could be seen. Hibari landed on the ground and jumped back up again with a cloud of dust left behind. He shot up and was above the hollows head bent to the back. Hibari turned his tonfa the other way around so that the long ends were pointed to the outside. He then bent back with his arms stretched out. Hibari hit the hollow with all his strength and destroyed the mask. Parts of the mask where flying around and the dead hollow pile was enormous if normal people could see hollows then the place would be crowded.
Hibari was sitting on a nearby branch in a tree as he was taking a break. His yellow bird had landed on his finger. It would seem rather strange; he didn’t think that his bird could see the hollows, but it didn’t fall to the ground from Hibari’s Reiatsu as well. Well not that he had released it all the time, then the Kurakura town would crawl with hollows. Hibari’s bird flew in the air as Hibari jumped down from the tree branch. He landed and placed his hands in his pockets, but they wouldn’t remain there for long. His hand then suddenly gripped for his tonfa. He drew them out and spun them blocking a huge amount of projectiles. They were no ordinary projectiles, more like arrows made of Reiatsu. Hibari blocked the arrows as he tried to have a glance at his opponent. Hibari placed his tonfa at his sides with a quick swing as he had blocked all of the incoming projectiles. “It’s time to die superhuman.” The figure said. Hibari wasn’t a man of many words, he answered with a simple jet threatening smirk. Hibari charged at the man and performed a swing. The man was many times more powerful and strategic than Hibari. A simple leap into the air and a certain amount of arrows shot off while in an upside-down position while above Hibari did the job. Hibari was pierced by the arrows and then his motionless body fell to the ground.
Hibari’s Reiatsu almost faded as he was lying on the ground. The man turned around and
walked away while his bow like weapon disappeared. Some spirit particles flew behind the man as his clothes were carried in a light breeze. Soon the breeze became a strong wind blow that made even the man hold his hand before his face. Hibari stood slowly up in a not negotiable matter. His grin was even bigger as he had found a worthy opponent. He was close to death, but he looked death in the eye and said “I’ll bite you to death.” Well that’s what he likes to call it. Hibari rose from the dead. “I’ll bite you to death.” Could be read from his lips as the wind got stronger and he was surrounded by a tornado leaving a trail wherever Hibari went. The wind blaze on his tonfa; even bigger than before he charged at his enemy to cut his head off.
-Evolution Appearance: The same as the first appearance. This time only, Hibari is surounded by a huge wind and reiatsu pressure as he flies. In his first state he was just emiting pressure from his body parts to fly.
-Evolution Ability: He can now carry trucks and throw them at his enemy. He can use the wind to crush the enemy if he is given the chance. Hibari has more powerful attacks. He can emit much more powerful wind slashes from a hit, a kick or a slash. Around him is heavy air so it get's hard to breathe. His tonfa are surounded by an even bigger wind razor than before making them even more lethal. Hibari cancollect more reiatsu from the wind and the air. He can collect air and then release it with a attack he has in mind making a wind slash or a wind tsunami.
-Techniques:
Name: Zero oxygen
State: Empowered
Description: Hibari uses the air in the nearest area to make a sphere of high pressure air in his palm. He can use it to scare the opponent away or to fire of the orb. The orb leaves massive damage in the place where the impact is and the air it draws with it is blowing the opponent away while making its way through the air. A deep track is left behind as the air behind the orb would rip anyone with it.

Name: Reiatsu free sphere
Description: Forms a large sphere. It starts to grow slowly until it is a 50 feet high and wide area. The outer wall is blocked by a strong wind barricade and you can’t get outside if you have gotten inside. The wind makes large spikes on the inside wall so no one can leave. The opponent can leave if he is defeated or if Hibari is knocked out or killed. The air that constantly flows around the sphere makes the sphere slower over time. And it get’s slower if Hibari’s Reiatsu is at its end. The air fused together with Hibari’s Reiatsu negates all kido and cero before it can be even charged. So this area is a Reiatsu free attack zone.

Name: Wind riders.

Effect: Summons 5 wind ghosts that attack the enemy with wind swords and other weapons. They fly through the air and though Hibari mostly turns down any help at all, he uses these guys to distract the opponent and have a chanced to use a enormous blow.
